How KORYLOQ handles catalogue requests and optional app reports.

Responsible operator
Operator information has not been provided yet.
Browsing and hosting
Hosting and request-log information must be completed for the actual deployment before publication.
Searches
Search terms and filters appear in the page URL and are sent to the server to return matching results. They may be included in your browser history and the hosting provider's request logs.
Cookies and tracking
Browsing this website does not set cookies, create visitor profiles or include visitor analytics, advertising scripts or remote fonts. There is no account system or contact form. Existing data from the retired feedback feature is removed from this browser when the site loads; no other local storage entries are changed.
Optional first-launch reports
The desktop apps ask before sending a first-launch report. Declining is remembered and does not restrict the app. If you agree, the app saves a random ID in your Windows profile and sends that ID and the app identifier to KORYLOQ over HTTPS. It sends no documents, images, filenames, account names or hardware details. The server stores a hash of the ID with the app identifier to count repeated reports once; only the aggregate count is public. The ID is unrelated to the IDs used by the other apps. A failed request can be retried on a later launch with the same ID. After confirmation, later starts and updates do not report again while the saved state remains. Removing that state or using another Windows profile can result in another count.
Report transport and storage
The host receives an IP address and ordinary connection information when handling a report, as it does for website requests. The counter does not use an IP address as a permanent identifier; hosting request logs are covered by the hosting information above. Hashed IDs are retained to prevent duplicate counts for as long as the counter is operated. Local app state retains the reporting choice and confirmation. The report is optional; app files continue to be processed locally.
Downloads and email
Downloads send a request to this server. If you contact the operator by email, the email service processes your message and contact information.
Your rights and further information
